STEP 1.
Book an Initial Appointment
Standard initial appointment | $95 (30 minutes)
Extended initial appointment | $190 (60 minutes)
I offer in-person appointments in Woolloongabba on Wednesdays and Telehealth appointments on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Although, I am flexible with organising appointments on other days of the week. Get in touch with Lillian directly here.
Join The Clinic
After you've booked your initial appointment you'll receive an invitation to join the online clinic and two forms will be sent to you. The two forms will provide me with a thorough understanding of your overall health.
I'll kindly ask for you to provide as much information as possible, including your health goals, health history, recent test results, current medications, and supplements.
What's Covered in your First Appointment?
In your first appointment we explore your current health concerns, review of body systems, family, and personal medical history, lifestyle, and dietary factors, and review your most recent blood test results.
Referrals
If indicated, further testing may be required before the next appointment as this will inform the comprehensive treatment plan. I work collaboratively with your health care team and will provide you with a referral letter if relevant.
The tests may include a general blood test for specific markers, functional tests such as a microbiome stool analysis, hormone panel or hair tissue mineral analysis. While testing is encouraged to help guide the treatment plan, I'll meet you where you're at with your budget in mind.
STEP 2.
Book Your First Follow Up Appointment
General appointment | $95 (30 minutes)
Your comprehensive treatment plan and prescription will be presented at your first follow up appointment to ensure a targeted and personalised approach. Using evidence-informed practice your comprehensive treatment plan will include the following:
- Clinical findings
- Treatment goals
- A treatment timeline
- Treatment prescription
- Dietary recommendations
- Lifestyle recommendations
Prescription Delivery
The patient dispensary has practitioner only products and is therefore not available to the public. To access the patient dispensary and purchase your prescription you'll need a code. This will be sent to you after your initial appointment. Spends over $89 will receive free delivery.
STEP 3.
Continued Care
General appointment | $95 (30 minutes)
Acute care appointment | $40 (10 minutes)
The general appointment is for maintenance and momentum, where we discuss how you're tracking with your short term and long term goals outlined in your treatment plan.
Where necessary I might tweak your prescription or treatment plan based of your needs, health presentation, my clinical judgement or/and your health goals. For colds, flu's and travellers diarrhoea etc. I offer acute care appointments.
