STEP 1.
Book an Initial Appointment
Initial appointment | $250 (60 minutes to 90 minutes)
I offer in-person appointments in Petrie Terrace, Brisbane City and Australia wide Telehealth appointments on Thursdays and Fridays.
After you've booked your initial appointment you'll receive an invitation to complete two forms. The two forms will provide me with a thorough understanding of your overall health.
I kindly ask for you to provide as much information as possible, including your health goals, health history, recent test results, current medications, and supplements.
What's Covered in your Initial Appointment?
In your initial appointment we explore your current health concerns, review of body systems, family, and personal medical history, lifestyle, and dietary factors, and review your most recent blood test results.
Your comprehensive treatment plan and prescription is provided at the end of this appointment. Using evidence-informed practice your comprehensive treatment plan will include the following:
- Clinical findings
- Treatment goals
- A treatment timeline
- Treatment prescription
- Dietary recommendations
- Lifestyle recommendations
Referrals
If indicated, further testing may be required. I work collaboratively with your health care team and will provide you with a referral letter if relevant.
The tests may include a general blood test for specific markers, functional tests such as a microbiome stool analysis, hormone panel or hair tissue mineral analysis. Testing is encouraged to help guide the treatment plan and take a targeted approach.
STEP 2.
Continued Care - Book a General Appointment
General appointment | $95 (30 minutes)
Extended general appointment | $190 (60 minutes)
Fortnightly appointment | $140 (90 minutes)
Acute care appointment | $80 (10 minutes)
The general appointment is for maintenance and momentum, where we discuss how you're tracking with your goals.
Where necessary I might tweak your prescription or treatment plan based of your needs, health presentation, my clinical judgement or/and your health goals. I offer extended appointments, fortnightly appointments and acute care appointments for colds, flu's and travellers diarrhoea etc.
Step 3.
Prescription Delivery
The patient dispensary has practitioner only products and is therefore not available to the public. If you require access to the patient dispensary to purchase your prescription online you'll need a code. Please email Lillian to organise this if this is relevant to you.
