Why Microbiome Rewilding?
"My driving force behind creating Microbiome Rewilding was to facilitate a deeper understanding of the connections we share with the unsung heroes of the microscopic world within us and around us.These tiny microorganisms have co-evolved alongside us to work in tandem with each other and you to support or in some cases hinder health and well-being. As a Naturopath my interest particularly lies in understanding how these microorganisms contribute to various gastrointestinal disorders, and impact mental health and women’s health. This journey of discovery not only fuels my curiosity but also strengthens my commitment to providing individualised, holistic, evidence-informed care to my patients."
