Ways to use it

Mix 6 grams (2 teaspoons) into 250 mL of full cream milk or milk of your choice and enjoy hot or cold. Add to baking, smoothies, pancakes, sprinkle on yoghurt, fruit, ice cream or just eat straight off the spoon!
