    It’s a yummy, delicate, sweet, fruity taste. It easily blends into cerials, poridge, yoghurt, smoothies or baking. No flavours or sweeteners have been added.

    Tricky question, and we are glad you asked because it's not a straight forward comparison. Brekkie Hero is designed to be a highly nutritious meal booster and is not intended to replace your usual serves of fruit and vegetables. Each serve of Veggie Hero contains between 12 % - 65 % of the daily recommended dietary intake of 18 essential vitamins and minerals (and no serve of any vegetable we have ever come across is able to do that!).

    ~ CAN KIDDIES UNDER 12 MONTHS HAVE THIS PRODUCT?
    You can add Brekkie Hero into your homemade purees for some potent extra nutrition for your little person from 6 months up. Please keep in mind that Brekkie Hero is not a sole source of nutrition and cannot take the place of breast milk or infant formula.
